MEMS传感器,MEMS工艺、封装,柔性MEMS器件及其制备技术 

承担项目及研究成果

主持重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务费资助项目。作为主要完成人参与国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项,国家beat365亚洲官方网站科研仪器研制项目1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。在IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical SystemsIEEE Sensors JournalIEEE Transactions on Electron DevicesMicrosystem Technologies等行业重要期刊和IEEE MEMS Conference等重要会议上发表学术论文10余篇,已授权中国发明专利10余项。

文简介:

Yizhou YePh.D., Assistant Professor

He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2013 and 2018, respectively. His Ph.D. research was focused on micromachined thermal wind sensors. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the College of Optoelectronic Engineering, Chongqing University. His current research interests include MEMS sensors and flexible electronics. He has published over 10 peer-reviewed international journal/conference papers, and holds over 10 Chinese patents.
